The GFB Solution

Our ongoing commitment to Research & Development resulted in the acclaimed introduction of the Grease Free Bakery "GFB" solution.

Developed to maximise carbon efficiency, the Cleanbake GFB solution is our leading low carbon solution, which outperforms more traditional methods such as Polysilan "Silicon Glaze" in generating enterprise wide cost savings whilst increasing quality assurance and extending product life in a more sustainable and low carbon environment.

Release Coatings

Cleanbake Release Coatings are a customisable suite of solutions, designed to help reduce carbon in the production process whilst improving production and cost efficiencies.

Cleanslip is a specialist range of non-stick Release Coating, developed to meet and exceed the
day-to-day challenges of production in a wide range of customers from Plant Bakeries and Supermarkets to artisan, Craft Bakeries.

Cleansil-R is a specialist range of low grease and non-stick, high temperature rubber Release Coating. This high flexible multi-layer solution works at temperatures up to 350c whilst meeting and exceeding the day-to-day challenges of production in a wide range of customers from Plant Bakeries and Supermarkets to artisan, Craft Bakeries.
